1000 Gifts: February's end

Another day,
another week,
another month marked
by continued blessing from the Father's hand.

This morning I give thanks...

0373
My dad's homemade bread, my mom's delicious dinners, & their never-ending support of us all

0374
thanks to helping hands, a kitchen project... completed

0375
a few minutes to work in the garden... with my momma

0376
signs of new life

0377
and flowers... coming!

0378
focus, determination, hard work... paying off

0379
brothers

0380
Mom, I love you

0381
Sunday morning worship

0382
the bread and the cup

0383
moments to reflect, a chance to repent, the power of forgiveness... freedom

0384
His truth, His comfort, His deliverance, and this promise--
strength will rise as we wait upon the Lord!

"Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary,
and His understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint."

Isaiah 40: 28-31

holy experience

and the list continues...

Once again - love it. Hope you guys had a great visit with your fam. Signs of spring are popping up here too... unfortunately, a call for flurries later this week... :( Rejoicing with you over springs return, and all the other things we have for which to be thankful. Love you, friend!

Heather, it sounds like your parents are such fine people! Your dad makes homemade bread?! I'm impressed! I hope you got lots of gardening tips from your mom! Can't wait to see and read about your bounty later this year!

Have a great week, Friend!! ;)

Dear Goggles and Grace...the goggles part caught my eye. We are a swimming family in Indiana looking forward to the competitions soon to come...divisionals this weekend, senior state next weekend, age group state after that. Middle School swim thrown in there too, just to spice things up? Three meets this week, out of town divisionals this weekend...How awesome was your verse...I need some strength to soar right now. Looking forward to soaring, and enjoying the fruits of their labors. Just know you were an encouragement!

Would you believe it is snowing at this moment! Fortunately it isn't sticking. Yesterday was a real treat--sunny and warm. Signs of spring are popping up all over the yard. Unfortunately I might not get to see them come to maturity, the deer are hungry!Amen on the return of longer days of sunshine and warmth! Take care. Thanks for a great weekend.
